We will try and despatch your order within 24 hours or receipt of payment and this includes finishing belts off. If for any reason it is going to be longer we shall contact you.
If the worst happens and there is a fault with your item, please return it to us and we will either fix it or replace it with a new one. This applies to 12 months after purchase. After 12 months, please contact us and we will try to sort it out best we can.
If you not happy with your purchase, please return it within 28 days stating the reason why and we shall give you a full refund.
